Dear Members of the MHA PS 65x Community:

 

As we come to a close to 2011, kindly take this opportunity to contact the parents of your students to share the accomplishments and/or other positive commendations.

 

Please note that the Auditorium will be shared by Charter school and Ms. Molina to rehearse for the Holiday events.  Teachers of grades K, 1, 4, & 5 will bring their classes directly into the cafeteria and seat them at their tables. Teachers of other grades are to bring their classes to the gymnasium closest to Cypress Avenue.

o   Please conduct your morning meeting during the breakfast time.

·         Ms. Ross at Guidance Meeting at CFN 203 in the morning.

·         Ms. Minott’s Class to St. Mary’s Pool (all previously registered.)

·         Extended day for 3-5 students until 3:15 p.m. – Teachers please be prompt to your assigned class.

·         LAST DAY FOR ASPIRA AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM

 

Wednesday, December 21^st, 2011:

·         Bronx Ensemble Drama Club – Dress Rehearsal for students – 8-10:30 a.m.

·         Ms. Betancourt’s class to St. Mary’s Pool (all previously registered.)

·         Keyboard – music show in afternoon

·         Extended day for 3-5 students until 3:15 p.m.
