            As we come to a close of the 2012 portion of the school year, we wish you a happy and safe winter holiday season.  Student winter work packets are to be distributed to the students on Thursday, December 20^th .  Kindly remind students that school resumes on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

 

 

Monday, December 17, 2012:             

 

·         Mr. Adler and Mr. Morales out – at St. Francis School

·         in Auditorium – PBIS Mighty Monday

·         Fourth Grade Planning – 8:45 a.m. with Ms. DeMichele and Ms. Hunt on Acuity ELA scoring in room 511 – please be prompt.

·         In Auditorium – Music Holiday Rehearsal at 12:35 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. classes to report

o   Classes: 1-311, 2-411, K-211, K-212, K-209, 1-210, and

o   Mr. Chen will bring up from lunch into the auditorium class 510.

o   Holiday show for school – December 19^th

·         Staff PD 2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. Safety Meeting with Ms. Gonzalez & Ms. Hunt followed by Secret Santa exchange -meet in Powers’ side Gymnasium (please be prompt)

• Leadership Program meeting with Coaches, Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Hunt at 8:30 a.m.
• Bronx Arts Ensemble Theater Program Holiday Show for students at 10 a.m. in auditorium
• Second Graders (Ms. Minott and Ms. Cuevas) on trip to the St. Mary’s Pool.
• Grade Facilitator’s Planning Meeting at 1:25 p.m. Ms. Rodriguez to attend on behalf of Ms. Cuevas.
• Extended Day for students in grades 3-5:

• PreK, Kindergarten,  1^st Grade, 2^nd Grade and Enrichment Teachers please be prompt to your class
